These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of our website, vietdovetravel.com, and to the booking and purchase of travel services provided by VIET DOVE Travel, including private tours, package tours, day trips, transportation, car services, and accommodation arrangements.
By making a booking with us, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Booking & Contract
A booking becomes a confirmed agreement between you (“the Customer”) and VIET DOVE Travel (“we”, “us”, or “our”) when:

• We confirm the availability of your requested services in writing; and
• We receive the required deposit or full payment.

The person making the booking confirms that they have the authority to accept these Terms & Conditions on behalf of all travelers included in the booking.
2. Pricing & Price Guarantee
Once your booking has been confirmed and the required deposit has been received, we will maintain the confirmed tour price.
The price may only be adjusted when changes are caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as:

• Government tax or regulatory changes
• Mandatory increases in entrance fees
• Significant currency fluctuations
• Changes in supplier costs that cannot reasonably be avoided

The specific inclusions and exclusions of your journey will be clearly stated in your itinerary, quotation, or booking confirmation.
Typical exclusions may include international flights, personal expenses, tips, and other services not specifically stated as included.
3. Payment & Deposit
Payment requirements depend on the type of journey and will be clearly communicated before your booking is confirmed.
For private tours and customized journeys, the required deposit and final payment schedule will be stated in your quotation or booking confirmation.
For certain tours, the remaining balance may be paid on the day your tour begins.

4. Cancellation & Changes
4.1 Cancellation by the Customer
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing by email.
Cancellation charges are determined by the date we receive your written cancellation request.
For package tours and multi-day itineraries:

• More than 60 days before departure: 100% refund, less applicable bank and non-refundable transaction fees.
• 31–60 days before departure: Deposit retained or 20% of the total tour price, whichever is applicable.
• 15–30 days before departure: 30% of the total tour price.
• 8–14 days before departure: 50% of the total tour price.
• Less than 7 days before departure or No-Show: 100% of the total tour price is non-refundable.
• Less than 24 hours before departure or No-Show: 100% cancellation fee.

Certain services may have separate non-refundable conditions. These may include issued domestic flight or train tickets, hotel deposits, cruise bookings, permits, entrance tickets, or other supplier charges.
Any non-refundable costs already incurred on your behalf may be deducted from the amount refunded.
4.2 Changes to Your Journey
We understand that plans can change.
If you wish to change your travel date, itinerary, accommodation, or other confirmed services, please contact us as early as possible.
We will always do our best to accommodate reasonable changes. If the requested change results in additional costs from hotels, transport providers, airlines, attractions, or other suppliers, those additional costs will be payable by the Customer.
5. Changes or Cancellation by VIET DOVE Travel
Your safety and the quality of your journey are our priority.
In exceptional circumstances beyond our reasonable control: including severe weather, typhoons, flooding, natural disasters, government restrictions, political instability, epidemics, or other Force Majeure events, we may need to modify, postpone, or cancel part or all of your itinerary.
Where possible, we will offer:

• An alternative travel date
• A suitable replacement service or itinerary of comparable value
• A refund of amounts paid, less any unrecoverable costs already incurred on your behalf

We will always aim to find the most reasonable solution based on the circumstances.
6. Travel Insurance & Health
We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance before their journey.
Your insurance should ideally cover medical expenses, emergency evacuation, trip cancellation, personal liability, and loss or damage to baggage and personal belongings.
You are responsible for ensuring that you are physically fit and appropriately prepared for your chosen itinerary.
Please inform us in advance of any relevant medical conditions, mobility limitations, allergies, dietary requirements, or other circumstances that may affect your journey.
7. Passports, Visas & Entry Requirements
Travelers are responsible for ensuring that they have all necessary travel documents before departure.
This includes:

• A valid passport
• The appropriate Vietnam visa or visa exemption
• Transit visas, where applicable
• Any required health documentation or vaccinations

We recommend checking the latest entry requirements with the relevant Vietnamese authorities or your country's official travel advisory before traveling.
VIET DOVE Travel cannot be held responsible for denied entry, delays, deportation, or additional costs resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or expired travel documentation.
8. Traveler Responsibilities
During your journey, you agree to:

• Follow Vietnamese laws and local regulations
• Respect local culture, communities, and customs
• Follow reasonable instructions from our guides and staff
• Respect environmental and heritage-site regulations
• Behave in a way that does not endanger yourself or others

VIET DOVE Travel reserves the right to end a traveler's participation in a tour if their behavior involves illegal activity, serious disruption, harassment, or creates a significant risk to themselves, our staff, or other travelers.
In such circumstances, no refund will be provided.
9. Our Responsibility & Limitation of Liability
VIET DOVE Travel works with a network of carefully selected local partners and service providers, including hotels, restaurants, transportation companies, attractions, and other suppliers.
While we take reasonable care in selecting and coordinating these services, certain elements of your journey are provided by independent third parties.
VIET DOVE Travel cannot accept responsibility for loss, injury, illness, delays, property damage, or additional expenses resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including third-party actions, mechanical failures, transportation delays, weather conditions, or other Force Majeure events.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable Vietnamese law.
10. Complaints & Customer Support
We want you to enjoy your journey, and if something does not go as expected, please tell us as soon as possible.
If you experience a problem during your trip, please contact your VIET DOVE Travel guide or our support team immediately so that we have a reasonable opportunity to help resolve the issue while you are still traveling.
If a matter cannot be resolved during your journey, any formal complaint should be submitted to us in writing within 14 days of the completion of your trip.
We will review your complaint fairly and work with you toward a reasonable resolution.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
Any dispute arising from or relating to a booking or travel service provided by VIET DOVE Travel shall be subject to the applicable laws and jurisdiction of Vietnam.
