At VIET DOVE Travel, we offer several secure payment options so you can choose the method that works best for you.
1. Bank Transfer / Telegraphic Transfer
Recommended for larger payments
For larger payments, we recommend a bank transfer. It is a secure and straightforward option and usually comes with lower processing fees than online card payments.
After completing the transfer:

• Please email us your bank transaction receipt.
• Once your payment is received, we will proceed with securing your tour arrangements and bookings.

Please note: Any bank fees charged by your bank or intermediary banks are the responsibility of the customer.
2. Visa / MasterCard Online Payment via 9Pay
If you prefer to pay by card, you can make a secure online payment through 9Pay, a Vietnamese online payment gateway.
We accept major international cards, including:
Visa · MasterCard · American Express
A 3.5% processing fee will be added to the total amount paid when using Visa or MasterCard through this service.
3. Cash Payment
Prefer to settle the balance when you arrive in Vietnam?
For eligible bookings, the remaining balance can be paid in cash directly to our tour guide or VIET DOVE Travel's accounts staff upon arrival.
This option can help you avoid additional online payment processing fees.
Please contact us in advance to confirm whether cash payment is available for your particular booking and when the final payment should be made.

We believe payment should be as simple and transparent as the journey itself.
All additional fees charged by banks, card providers, payment gateways, or money-transfer services are the responsibility of the customer.
