My Adventure Discovering One Day Dry Squid
One of my best experiences was a squid fishing journey in Danang. Alex and I took a night squid fishing tour.
At about 7 PM, we boarded a wooden boat, and Alex shone the boat's high-powered light into the darkness of the sea. Before long, schools of squid were swimming toward the light, and thus the squiding hunt began.
The next fun and exciting day was when Alex prepared the squid and laid them out in the sun. The next evening, we grilled our first mực Một Nắng, and to this day is a meal that remains in my mind.
